The Community Builders are our biggest contributors!

We wouldn’t have been able to make the impact we’ve made without the support of these very special individuals and organizations.

Community Builders

Jen Stark’s art is driven by her interest in conceptualizing visual systems to simulate plant growth, evolution, infinity, fractals, mimetic topographies, and sacred geometries. By adopting cutting-edge techniques to showcase her aesthetic, Stark activates her universe through constant adaptation and transformation.

The mission of the Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture is to advance arts, culture, and creativity throughout LA County. We provide leadership, services, and support in areas including grants and technical assistance for nonprofit organizations, countywide arts education initiatives, commissioning and care for civic art collections, research and evaluation, access to creative pathways, professional development, free community programs, and cross sector creative strategies that address civic issues.

Some of our past subjects have been about mindfulness and self-regulation, diversity and inclusion, yoga and meditation, environmental awareness and ancestral practices from Africa.

Curriculum

Our educational programming combines mindfulness, SEL, social/ environmental justice, and character education in an engaging and innovative way that kids can relate to.
